1. §<<Псалом Давида, когда он бежал от Авессалома, сына своего.>> (3-2) Господи! как умножились враги мои! Многие восстают на меня
УПО: Псалом Давидів, як він утікав був від перед Авесаломом, своїм сином. (3-2) Господи, як багато моїх ворогів, як багато стають проти мене!
KJV: Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.
2. (3-3) многие говорят душе моей: `нет ему спасения в Боге'.
УПО: (3-3) Багато-хто кажуть про душу мою: Йому в Бозі спасіння нема! Села.
KJV: Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.
3. (3-4) Но Ты, Господи, щит предо мною, слава моя, и Ты возносишь голову мою.
УПО: (3-4) Але, Господи, щит Ти для мене та слава моя, і мою голову Ти підіймаєш!
KJV: But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
4. §(3-5) Гласом моим взываю к Господу, и Он слышит меня со святой горы Своей.
УПО: (3-5) Своїм голосом кличу до Господа, і Він озветься зо святої Своєї гори. Села.
KJV: I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.
5. (3-6) Ложусь я, сплю и встаю, ибо Господь защищает меня.
УПО: (3-6) Я лягаю і сплю, і пробуджуюся, бо Господь підпирає мене,
KJV: I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.
6. (3-7) Не убоюсь тем народа, которые со всех сторон ополчились на меня.
УПО: (3-7) і я не побоюсь десяти тисяч люду, які проти мене навколо отаборились!
KJV: I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.
7. (3-8) Восстань, Господи! спаси меня, Боже мой! ибо Ты поражаешь в ланиту всех врагов моих; сокрушаешь зубы нечестивых.
УПО: (3-8) Устань же, о Господи! Спаси мене, Боже мій, бо Ти разиш усіх ворогів моїх в щоку, зуби грішникам крушиш!
KJV: Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
8. (3-9) От Господа спасение. Над народом Твоим благословение Твое.
УПО: (3-9) Спасіння від Господа, і над народом Твоїм Твоє благословення! Села.
KJV: Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.
